Quotes and jobs for Australian trades
Win the quote. Run the business.
Present like the most professional business in town. Your work, your reviews and your guarantee do the selling, follow-ups go out by themselves, and everything from yes to paid runs from your phone.
No card to start. Set up in about 20 minutes.

Six made-up businesses, six real quote pages. Open one, tick an extra, drag the before and after, and try accepting it. Yours looks like this with your own logo, colours and photos.

Customers don't pick the cheapest quote. They pick the one they trust.
Three quotes land on the kitchen bench. Two are a price on a page. Yours shows the finished jobs, the five-star reviews, the guarantee and exactly what's included, in your colours. That's the one that gets the call.
Let your work do the selling
Before and after photos customers drag across to compare, right on the quote. Your best jobs, working for you on every new one.
Look like a proper business
Your logo and colours, your licence and insurance, clear terms, and a quote they can save as a PDF. Not a template, not a spreadsheet.
Make yes easy
Extras they can tick, the total updating as they go, and accepting with their name on their phone. No printing, no phone tag.
The usual quote
- A PDF with a list and a total
- Lands in their inbox and goes quiet
- You chase it, or forget to
- Yes means a phone call, then you make an invoice
Your quote, with QuoteForce
- Your work, reviews, process and guarantee, in your brand
- Options and extras they choose, with the total updating
- You know when it's opened, and it follows up for you
- Yes books the job and sends the deposit invoice
No more jobs lost to no follow-up.
Plenty of jobs go to whoever gets back to the customer. You're on the tools, so QuoteForce does it for you: you get a text the moment your quote is opened, and if they go quiet, a friendly follow-up goes from your business. It stops the second they say yes.
Every message comes from your business name and your own mobile, so replies come straight to you.

Then running the business is the easy bit.
From the yes to the money in the bank, it's one simple flow on your phone. No double handling, no lost receipts, no chasing.
Yes becomes a booked job
The deposit invoice goes by itself and the job lands on your board, ready for a start date.
Costs that log themselves
Snap a receipt and it's read for you. Tap a worker, put in the hours. Watch the job against its budget.
Extra work, approved by text
Found rotten battens? Send it to the customer, they approve with their name, and it's on the invoice.
Invoice in one tap
The work, the extras they chose and any changes, less the deposit. Gone by text and email.
Paid on time
Polite reminders before and after it's due, part payments recorded, and who owes what at a glance.
Builders and commercial
Their PO number, 30-day or end-of-month terms, progress claims and retention, remembered for next time.
Know what you actually made
Profit on every job, the GST and tax to put aside from each payment, and your BAS date.
Help on hand
Ask the built-in helper how to do anything, or have it change a setting for you. A person's there too.
Know what every job really made.
Log materials, labour and your workers' hours as you go. Each job shows the profit, the GST, the tax to put aside and what's yours to keep. The tax tab tells you how much to set aside from each payment, and when your BAS is due.
A planning guide, not tax advice.

Questions
Do my customers need an app?
No. They get a text and an email with a link. The quote opens on their phone or computer, and they accept in a couple of taps.
I'm not registered for GST. Does it still work?
Yes. Tell it once in set-up and your quotes and invoices show one price, with no GST, worded correctly.
Do I need Xero or MYOB?
No. Invoices are built in, with your bank details and a payment reference on every one. If you use Xero or MYOB, you can connect your own account so invoices and payments flow into your books. That connection is being finished now.
How long does set-up take?
About 20 minutes. Pick your trade and you start with a ready-made price list, process and selling points. Change them to your own words and prices, add your logo, reviews and photos, and you're quoting.
Which trades is it for?
Over 30 to start, including roofing, painting, landscaping, concreting, fencing, tiling, plastering, carpentry and decking, pergolas, paving, flooring, guttering, tree work, pools, kitchens, air conditioning, cleaning and pest control. Each one starts with its own price list and job options. If your quotes are a list of work with prices, it fits.
What if I get stuck?
Tap Help in the app and ask. It can explain anything and change settings for you. If it can't sort it, a person replies by email.
Is my information private?
Yes. Every business's quotes, customers and numbers are walled off from every other business. Customers only see the quote or invoice you send them.
