A deposit, if shown, secures your booking and comes off the final invoice. 4. The rest is due by the date on the final invoice. We'll let you know if anything changes the price before we start. 5. Start dates can move with the weather. We'll keep you posted. 6. We're fully insured, and we leave the site clean and tidy. 7. If we find something we couldn't see when we quoted, we'll show you, explain the options and agree any change in writing before going ahead. 8. Our guarantee covers our workmanship. It doesn't cover damage from storms, accidents or other people's work.
